Conduct user research, usability testing and work with analysts to gather insights that inform design decisions.</li><li>Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution. </li><li>Proactively identifies areas for improvement, effectively manages tradeoffs, and consistently delivers exceptional designs</li><li>Promote product discovery and ideation.</li><li>Create new patterns that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.</li><li>Work through the entire lifecycle of the project and collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>5 + years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in leading design projects from concept to launch.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions and rationale clearly.</li><li>Craftsmanship - You have a high bar for craft and quality in your work</li><li>Experienced in working with complex systems and possesses a systems thinking mindset</li><li>Proficient with Figma, and high-fidelity prototyping tool. </li><li>Experience in motion and interaction design (advantage)</li><li>Can-do approach, great social skills, and a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Able to take ownership, work independently &amp; be accountable for your work.</li><li>Passionate about the option to help shape and improve the future of smart transportation.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
