This will involve rapid, efficient responses to real-time issues, and then driving permanent resolutions and improvements in collaboration with our maintenance and operations staff, as well as driving continuous improvement of our preventative maintenance programs.This is a true engineering role that supports second-shift operations, with a work schedule that extends into later afternoon and evening hours to align with business needsEssential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Systematically apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software components to identify and solve problems</li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all production equipment</li><li>Work closely with Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers and Operators to meet equipment requirements and make improvements to existing systems</li><li>Work hands-on with roll-to-roll web handling and processing equipment, including rollers, drives, edge guides, brakes, and steering mechanisms.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
