About the Job
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Geotechnik-Ingenieur (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Essen. Als zentraler Bestandteil unseres Ingenieurteams übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller geotechnischer Projekte und entwickeln innovative Lösungen für komplexe Boden- und Gründungsprobleme.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für großangelegter geotechnische Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Fertigstellung
- Durchführung fortgeschrittener geotechnischer Analysen, einschließlich Bodenmechanik, Gründungsbemessung und Böschungsstabilitätsbewertungen
- Erstellung und Prüfung geotechnischer Berichte, technischer Spezifikationen und Planungsrichtlinien
- Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Integration geotechnischer Aspekte in die Gesamtplanung
- Betreuung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Junior-Ingenieuren
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung lokaler und internationaler geotechnischer Normen und Vorschriften
- Teilnahme an Geschäftsentwicklungsaktivitäten und Kundengesprächen zur Akquise neuer Projekte
- Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung in neuen Technologien und Methoden im Bereich der Geotechnik
