Our customers are in the utility, renewables, industry, transportation, data centers and infrastructure sectors.We are looking for our next Sales Specialist in Istanbul who will be responsible for sales of Grid Integration solutions (HV/MV substations, Power Quality, e-mobility etc.) in accordance with Business Unit strategy and will report to Marketing and Sales Manager for Türkiye.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Sells the Hitachi Energy portfolio of products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, business model and profitability targets for assigned Operating Unit/Business Units/Product Groups.</li><li>Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.  Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.</li><li>Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.</li><li>Creates added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy (scope, business model, delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions) in accordance with the required Hitachi Energy approval process and mandates.</li><li>Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Ensuring that the latest changes to Hitachi Energy portfolio and business models are communicated clearly to customers.</li><li>Support Market Managers and the Front End organization to Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designate market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.</li><li>Manages administrative procedures in the sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed. Analyzes customers and projects and prepares necessary inputs/documentation for “Go / No Go” &amp; “Bid / No Bid” decisions.</li><li>Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department.
