Other duties may be assigned as required.<ul><li>Project Execution: Lead facility transformation projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.</li><li>Tactical Leadership: Develop and implement a tactical plan for lean transformation aligned with organizational goals, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Program Development: Design, launch, and manage initiatives and programs across the site, ensuring best practices are followed and tailored to fit to transform facility, manufacturing and material flow in the facility.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams like manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance to identify needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Analyze facility operations and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Sustainability Focus: Implement sustainable practices and technologies to reduce the organization’s environmental impact.</li><li>Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets for transformation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Compliance Assurance: Ensure all facility operations meet regulatory standards and safety guidelines.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports on transformation initiatives to senior management.</li></ul><ul></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>3 yrs- 5 yrs of proven experience in facility management or project management roles.</li><li>Experience with multiyear multi-phase project implementation</li><li>5 yrs - 7 yrs of strong organizational and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and facility management software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of lean management and Six sigma</li><li>Prior experience in operations management</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability practices in facilities management.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.</li><li>Data-driven decision-making capabilities.</li></ul>The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 - $100,000 per year.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position.
