Strategic Account Manager - Enphase Energy Systems

About the Job
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies in the target region that drive revenue and market share by employing the full suite of products and solutions in the Enphase Energy System solar growth while expanding residential energy system opportunities.
- Assess partner business models and collaborate on strategies that integrate Enphase solutions, optimizing revenue and profitability.
- Drive Enphase revenue and market share by being the first point-of-contact for all needs of our channel partners, including but not limited to negotiating supply agreements, delivering product training, co-developing marketing campaigns, launching new products, and managing daily business operations.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers and partners, ensuring revenue targets and market share growth are consistently met.
- Identify and acquire new customers, expanding market reach and channel partnerships.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for territory and accounts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, renewables or a related field preferred. Existing knowledge about electric systems, renewables (solar) and / or willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in the field is mandatory.
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within indirect sales channels (distributors, authorized dealers) for electro-mechanical equipment.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in solar, energy systems, high-tech, or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is a plus.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and partners, execute territory planning, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to generate accurate sales forecasts by analysing partner data, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Communication: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive engagement.
- Travel & Location: Virtual office setup with access to a major metropolitan airport; ability to travel up to 50%.
- Legal Requirements: Must have the right to reside and work in Australia.
