Responsibilities:
- Supporting the entities in scope in submitting the IFRS reporting packages in HFM;
- Independent validation of the monthly and quarterly financial statement data for the entities in scope;
- Support and validation during the preparation of the monthly and quarterly financial statements of the Group entities (Board-system, HFM);
- First point of contact for the entities reporting processes and mediator between the Group and the entities in scope;
- Preparation of the monthly Board presentations towards the Group and within the entities in scope;
- Database maintenance for the preparation of the monthly and quarterly reporting;
- Oversee consolidation performed by the Group;
- Troubleshoot access and data entry issues in HFM.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics or Business informatics;
- Business administration or similar profession with history of at least 3 years experience, preferably in the area of management reporting and / or controlling;
- Experience in management reporting represents an advantage;
- Good communication skills oral and written;
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple deadlines and reporting requirements;
- Advanced English is required (additional German language skills may be an advantage);
- Advanced Excel skills and IT affinity for acquaintance of internal IT/reporting systems;
- Strong understanding and experience in group reporting systems (preferred HFM or Board);
- Ability to work in a team and high orientation towards exchange with stakeholders
