Responsibilities:

Verify that the personnel have the safety equipment applicable to their process.
Verify that the safety protocols established by the organization are followed at all times.
Plan, Execute, Follow Up and Evaluate the plan to ensure that it is fulfilled every day.
In case of accidents or incidents, report immediately to the person in charge of safety.
Supervise production orders and their compliance on a daily and weekly basis.
Solve any problems that may arise during the production process, ensuring that the system returns to normal as soon as possible.
Review the inventory stock level.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Experience in the position of 3 to 5 years.
Availability to roll shifts and generate extra time.
PC management (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook mail
Ability to coordinate work teams, Ability to organize personnel
Ability to solve problems
