Operations Engineer

What You Will Do
As an Operations Engineer, you will manage and coordinate the innovation idea system, ensuring the generation of operational reports and compliance with efficiency standards. Your role will include coordinating strategic agendas, conducting process audits, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies, with the goal of developing key skills for advancement to higher-level positions.

How You Will Do It

  • Manage the Innovation System: Oversee compliance and implementation of ideas, generating reports and coordinating their integration across the plant.

  • Audits and Compliance: Conduct weekly 5S audits and verify the implementation of innovation ideas.

  • Agenda Coordination: Organize meetings, client visits, and plant tours, generating minutes and updating IOS reports.

  • Operational Reporting: Compile and consolidate data for results reports, management expenses, and Balanced Scorecard updates.

  • Project Management: Propose projects for awards such as the Merit Award and support HPT system strategies.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, occupational health (ISO 14001), and environmental policies, halting risky activities.

  • Training and Leadership: Certify teams (Star Points), guide HPT models, and monitor staff training.

  • Emergency Response: Act during environmental emergencies and participate in occupational incident investigations.

What We Look For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Experience: Internships or professional residencies; recent graduate with no prior work experience.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of innovation systems, HPT models, battery manufacturing processes, Office, SharePoint, and MFG.

  • Languages: Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred

  • Specialized Tools: Experience with travel management, production indicators, and operational data management.

  • Advanced Knowledge: Expertise in environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, team leadership, and results-driven mindset.
