- Coordinate cross-functional system release plans, working with product marketing, management, audio software development, infotainment systems, and other teams.
- Develop and implement effective program management processes, ensuring the successful collaboration of hardware, software, and manufacturing teams.
- Communicate the status of audio systems and components, including design directions, risks, and mitigation plans, while negotiating trade-offs and scope changes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, identify potential deviations in product architecture, and make necessary adjustments to address technical changes.
- Proactively evaluate design decisions, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Expedite revisions, corrections, and implementation of changes to documentation and deliverables.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships and manage workload prioritization to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, system engineering, and/or technical program management of audio systems or hardware, preferably within the automotive industry.

- Experience managing audio hardware suppliers, contract manufacturers, and audio hardware/software design consultants.
- Expertise in developing and managing program management tools and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with documentation and presentation tools (Word, PowerPoint, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while ensuring product roadmap alignment.
- Ability to inspire confidence in colleagues, engineering teams, and executive leadership.

- Experience with Jama for requirements management.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of automotive safety standards.
- Experience in the design and development of complex electronic control units is highly valued.
