We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry. You Will: <ul><li>Manage and mentor the Manufacturing Operations Talent Acquisition team in all facets including coaching, mentorship, performance, career pathing  </li></ul><ul><li>Integrate yourself with the business, understand their goals, collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, and determine creative hiring strategies for complex technical positions.
