We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</div>What You’ll Do:You will lead our systems operations on site, and be a strong contributor to our overall technical design. <ul><li>Provides senior technical leadership to maintain,  and improve IT architecture, standards, design, and implementation approaches for companies infrastructure systems</li><li>Primary resource to maintain, and support Archer’s data center environments for our Covington manufacturing facility.</li><li>Critical resource for implementing and maintaining Archer’s AWS infrastructure, server operating systems, VDI, monitoring, &amp; other solutions (databases, utilities)</li><li>Contribute to overall identity management and authentication management strategy</li><li>Align with and contribute to Information Security strategy and plan</li><li>Support/Troubleshoot issues including after-hours where required</li><li>Coordinate w/ vendors for scope of services, timing of work, execution, and acceptance of deliverables</li><li>Create and maintain documentation of datacenter &amp; server topology and standards</li><li>Research and document comparisons for cost, vendors, &amp; services</li><li>Perform procedures to support Compliance requirements (SOX, ISO, and other)</li><li>Create documentation of internal procedures and Client-facing Help Guides</li><li>Participate in process definition to support changes in maturity as Archer grows</li><li>Create, update, and report appropriate metrics to the IT Leadership Team</li><li>Provide support for office-based and remote personnel</li></ul>What You Need:<ul><li>8+ years of specific IT Engineering experience</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer field</li><li>Experience with Windows Server, AWS, VDI, among others</li><li>Strong scripting skills (specifically PowerShell and Python)</li><li>Ability to be detailed in a in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to move and lift IT equipment as necessary, including PCs, servers, and rack equipment </li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>Works well unsupervised</li></ul>At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
