About the Job
Als Teamleider Contaminanten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van jouw team en aansturen van de dagelijkse operatie. Je staat met je voeten in de klei en overziet de dagelijkse operatie van sample registratie, voorbehandeling en de analyse-metingen. Je begeleidt, faciliteert en ondersteunt jouw team (12 FTE) zodat zij het beste in zichzelf naar boven halen in de komende jaren bij Eurofins LabCo. We zijn op zoek naar een Teamleider contaminanten die zijn of haar teamleden coacht en gevoel heeft voor persoonlijk contact. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je een veilige en verbindende werksfeer kan creëren tussen de verschillende afdelingen. Verder identificeer en analyseer je tekortkomingen in de huidige procedures en processen, maar je lost ook praktische vraagstukken op om optimaal resultaat te bereiken en kwaliteit te waarborgen. Dit doe je in samenwerking met andere teamleiders, managers en de Business Unitmanager.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en tactische visie over hoe onze afdeling chromatografie van grotere toegevoegde waarde kan worden voor onze klanten. Hierbij kun je denken aan het bouwen van een roadmap van verbetering, het definiëren van doelstellingen en opvolging geven aan talent en ontwikkeling. Je neemt plaats in een team van ervaren teamleiders en managers waar men regelmatig samenkomt om operationele activiteiten en strategische doelstellingen te bespreken. Het is een team dat begaan is met elkaar en waar men van elkaar leert. Niet altijd een gespreid bedje, want je krijgt van ons de vrijheid en het vertrouwen om te ondernemen in jouw winkel.
