Main job duties will include operating cutting machines, loading raw sheets, unloading and deburring cut parts as well as supporting programming as needed. Responsibilities Will Include: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Set up and operate machines according to project needs </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Fabricate and assemble new equipment from prototypes to production. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Support installation and commissioning of new equipment. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Troubleshoot and solve process and equipment issues. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Assist with the operation of equipment for engineering trials and handovers. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Support manufacturing improvement projects. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Design and fabricate tooling and fixtures. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Develop equipment documentation for operation and maintenance. </li></ul>Desired Qualifications: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Strong mechanical aptitude with a background in industrial equipment/processes. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Hands-on and detailed oriented approach to problem solving. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Metal fabrication and machine shop experience. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Good computer skills; MS Office, etc. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Solid Modeling 3D CAD experience preferred. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Welding experience preferred. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred. </li></ul>Physical Requirements:  <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Ability to safely perform job duties in both office and shop floor environments.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly</li></ul>Working Conditions:  <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Shop working environment, frequent time spent outdoors handling raw materials, and staging finished products for shipment </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Exposures encountered, loud noise, and hot/cold.  </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Standing while operating machines for long periods of time </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Shift is Fri-Mon 4/10s shift   </li></ul><div>The position is full-time.
