About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues with solar systems and provide solutions to customers
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system
- Work closely with our installation and maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest solar technologies and trends

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
- This is not a remote position
