Technical Support Agent

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues with solar systems and provide solutions to customers
• Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system
• Work closely with our installation and maintenance teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest solar technologies and trends

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
• This is not a remote position
