Environmental Consulting Associate

About the Role:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of environmental assessments, audits, and remediation projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data from various sources (e.g., soil, water, air).
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards.
• Assist clients in navigating permitting processes and achieving compliance goals.
• Conduct thorough environmental research, including site evaluations and ecological impact assessments.
• Analyze data to identify environmental risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support senior consultants in client meetings and presentations.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide clear, actionable advice.
• Develop and promote sustainable practices tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in environmental consulting.

Ideal Candidate:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Engineering, Planning and Development, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both English and Romanian required. Proficiency in German would be a significant advantage for this role.
• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while adhering to strict budgets and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
