Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Managing the replenishment from production sites and/or suppliers and follows up deliveries. Being the single contact per production site/supplier purchasing for all organizations in his/her region and exceptionally also for other regions in case of international suppliers.</li><li>Defines supply capacity needs (short-mid term). Checks available capacity against demand and initiates measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand.</li><li>Communicates, manages, and solves actual and potential supply issues and take allocation decisions in case of bottleneck.</li><li>Manages phase-in/ phase-out situations in alignment with Category SCM and local SCMs.</li><li>Responsible to achieve agreed stock levels and Service levels for his/her region.</li><li>Provides input to procurement on supplier performance, if managing Supply Planning from external suppliers.</li><li>Contributes to SCM projects (process improvements, new SCM solutions).</li><li>Developing tools for assessing Capacity VS Demand with external suppliers.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering or applied scieces</li><li>2 years’ experience in SCM Planning Dept ideally in consumer goods company or B2B</li><li>Knowledge of relevant ERP (MRP, parameters, Logics) and relevant Planning systems (SAP, IBP, ..)</li><li>Advance level of English ( B2/C1)</li><li>Team player with strong communication and influencing skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrix-organisation</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
