About the Job
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Airborne & Production (SQA) Activities and Auditing
- SQA process improvements and updates
- Auditing of the Software Life Cycle Processes and Data
- Management of Software Quality Assurance Records
- Reporting progress and risks to stakeholders
- Support the AS9100 quality system requirements
- Perform Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for internal nonconformities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or quality discipline
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace systems development lifecycle in accordance with certification processes such as DO-178C (and supplements), DO-254, ARP4754A, ISO9001, and/or AS9100
- Familiarity with FAA Part 33, 27, 25, 23 or EVTOL regulations
- Google G-Suite including Drive, Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Charts,Slack, Polarion, JIRA
- Superb problem solving, team communications, attention to detail, analytical and methodical skills
Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:
- Working experience with Software Part and Installation Conformity Inspections in accordance with FAA Orders 8110.49A
- Enthusiasm for Electric Aviation and Passion for Aviation Safety through quality in both design, software development, and manufacturing
