The Research &amp; Analysis team consists of 3-pillars–Market Analysis, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs– who collectively provide market intelligence, data management support, and regulatory and policy support to strengthen the company’s expertise in existing markets and also spur creation in new markets.&nbsp; This Policy Manager role, specifically a member of the Regulatory Affairs team, offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of policy engagement and market analysis.&nbsp; You'll play a vital role in influencing policy outcomes, guiding corporate carbon reduction strategies, and ultimately accelerating the transition to a clean energy future.</span><span><br><br></span></div><div><span>&nbsp;</span><span>This is a full time, exempt role reporting to the Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs. We prefer candidates to join us in a voluntary flexible hybrid work style at one of our office hubs in San Francisco, CA; Portland, OR; Portland, ME; or New York, NY. This voluntary model provides flexibility while fostering team collaboration. Exceptional remote candidates within the US will also be considered. Periodic travel may be required for training or team collaboration and to conferences and customers as required. This includes actively participating in stakeholder processes to advocate for impactful policy changes</span></div></li><li><div><span>Analyze market trends and policy developments:</span><span> Translate complex policy issues into actionable insights for businesses, particularly as they relate to sourcing renewable energy in supply chains. Your expertise will help minimize risk and capture opportunities for 3Degrees and our clients</span></div></li><li><div><span>Strategic Guidance &amp; Influence</span><span>: Leverage your market intelligence to provide strategic input to leadership.
