About the Job

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes au sein du laboratoire :

Prélèvements des patients au laboratoire et parfois en établissements de soins externes (EPHAD ; domicile) : prélèvements sanguins dans le respect de la norme réglementaire.
Participer à la phase pré-analytique (réalisation des prélèvements sanguins, réception et préparation des échantillons, gestion des stocks)
Piloter la phase analytique, avec la réalisation et la validation technique des analyses automatisées (immunochimie, hémostase, hématologie), la réception et préparation des prélèvements de microbiologie (lecture microscopique des examens directs, mise en culture), assurer le fonctionnement et la maintenance des automates ainsi que la gestion des contrôles qualités (CQI, EEQ).
Participation avec les secrétaires à l’accueil des patients.
Participation à l’expertise pré analytique des dossiers (contrôle des ordonnances, pré traitement des échantillons)
Supervision et gestion du matériel de prélèvement
Participation aux réunions Qualité
