The position will also provide for career growth opportunity in developing overall professional capabilities, including learning to lead projects and teams, client interface and relationships and developing internal network and knowledge.  AECOM actively supports continued education, training, and innovations in professional development. The job responsibilities for the position will include, but may not be limited, the following:<ul><li>Serving as an electrical engineer on a variety of building and facility project types, including mid-to large size projects.</li><li>Able to partner with Manager to organize workload and work both collaboratively and independently on project-specific design tasks.</li><li>Performing quality control reviews of work developed by others.</li><li>Providing technical input to studies and design assessments, with expertise for benefit of client and/or team.</li><li>Respond effectively to scope, schedule, budget in working with project managers and other senior level team members.</li><li>Using AutoCAD and Revit, as working platforms for delivering design.</li><li>Mentoring and providing guidance to junior level staff for specific technical design aspects and professional service.</li><li>Provide direction to prescriptive and performance-based specifications.</li><li>Participating in development of technical proposals (including estimates for the engineering budget and schedule)</li><li>Reviewing permitting agency/engineering standards and regulations necessary to develop proper project design and permitting applications.</li><li>Work closely with other departments from the AECOM project team/office, including civil, building engineering, architecture, geotechnical, traffic engineers, Federal team, landscape architects, and surveyors to provide value and partner in project opportunities.</li><li>Participating and supporting site field investigations and construction related activities.</li></ul>
