Responsibilities / TasksPromotes organization services and products to customers. Responsible for installing,configuring, calibrating and provide life cycle maintenance of GEA machine andequipments. <ul><li>Work focus on installing, configuring, calibrating and repair technical machine and equipment at customer field/plant location.</li><li>Plans, schedule and perform preventative maintenance and technical support on installed machine and equipments.</li><li>Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions of machine and equipments with minimal downtime to production</li><li>Respond to unscheduled service calls especially during emergency calls i.e. shutdown</li><li>Communicates effectively with customers and resolves outstanding issues, obtain feedbacks, and ensure proper site/account</li><li>control.</li><li>Document, keep record and carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance, and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a</li><li>safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service</li><li>Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage</li><li>Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to Management</li><li>Support Service Sales in determining when products should be upgraded or replaced</li><li>Provide on-site training for customer support personnel</li><li>Manage incident resolution and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance management.</li><li>Work cross functional to resolve outstanding issues.</li><li>Provides technical training and guidance to less experienced team members.</li><li>Provide technical advice and consultancy support to another department.</li><li>Looks for opportunities to gain additional business from existing customers and establish relationships with new customers.</li><li>Serves as primary contact for GEA machine and equipments for small and medium customer issues.</li><li>Sets positive example by following and enforcing company policy.</li><li>Cooperates with country organization strategies and standardization protocols and guidelines.</li><li>Promotes teamwork, maintains a positive attitude, and supports the concept of one face to our customers.</li><li>Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>College Graduate or Vocational Technical Course</li><li>Professional accreditation with an industry related body would be advantageous</li><li>Broad knowledge and technical skill in Industrial Heating &amp; Refrigeration Technologies</li><li>Mechanical, electrical, electronic background with a working knowledge of the other disciplines</li><li>Commercial understanding of the impact of failure/downtime on production and ultimately customer delivery</li><li>English &amp; local language</li><li>With strong analytical mind, problem solving aptitude, High Technical aptitude.</li><li>With driving License</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
