Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate technical and commercial aspects of projects.

  • Manage the development and introduction of new projects and engineering changes into the company.

  • Provide project status reports and present project status at key milestones and review stages.

  • Monitor budgets and trend tracking.

  • Ensure clear and effective engineering and customer communications.

  • Resolve customer/engineering and management project issues.

  • Participate in customer, contractor, and internal meetings and interdepartmental communication.

  • Participate and/or lead, in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive demonstrable Project Management experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Applications with proficiency in Microsoft Projects desirable.

  • Working knowledge of relevant industry specifications and legal regulations.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Experience of SAP would be desirable.

  • Ability to work within budgets, meet deadlines, review, and implement new procedures.

  • Confident decision-making skills with an understanding of problem-solving techniques.
