They work closely with other maintenance personnel as well as operations and engineering teams to schedule regular preventive maintenance, handle emergencies, and conduct inspections of equipment and systems.</p><p>Role and Responsibilities</p><p>· The main responsibilities of a Maintenance Planner include:</p><p>· Developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders</p><p>· Maintain ISO documentation and Compliance within the department</p><p>· Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance activities</p><p>· Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards</p><p>· Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs</p><p>· Working with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades</p><p>· Procuring necessary maintenance supplies and equipment</p><p>· Working with vendors and contractors as needed</p><p>· Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices</p><p>Required Skills and Qualifications</p><p>Maintenance Planners are typically required to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in a maintenance-related field.
