Your mission As an HR Intern at Sungrow Italy, in Milan, you will gain hands-on experience in key HR operational processes, playing a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple functions. These will be some of your daily tasks: <ul><li>Assist the HRBP in day-to-day operations with a focus on data analysis and process optimization.</li><li>Update and fill out internal HR files and documents.</li><li>Ensure the databases are maintained and updated regularly.</li><li>Implementing and monitoring the local projects sponsored by the HR.</li><li>Being the primary back up, in case of HRBP absence, to provide general support and gathering employees requests.</li><li>Support in management of monthly employee time sheets.</li><li>Contribute to arrange internal communications.</li><li>Occasionally drive and own small projects or part of wider projects, in alignment with the guidelines of your direct supervisor.</li></ul> Your profile Alright, now that you know what your day-to-day will look like, let's have a look at the requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or Master's Degree or post graduate courses in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, Economics.</li><li>Very good communication skills (written and oral) both in Italian and English (C1).</li><li>Permit to work in Italy.</li><li>Accuracy, organization and high-quality result oriented.</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proactive attitude.</li></ul> Why us?
