Role Overview


The Sales Operations Intern will support the International Sales Team with logistics, samples, reporting, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent role for a highly organized individual interested in sales operations and international business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track sample shipments to retail buyers and distributors
  • Assist in order processing, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams
  • Support sales reporting by compiling, analyzing sales data and providing insight and recommendations on improving operations
  • Help maintain customer records and ensure account information is up to date
  • Assist with the creation of sales presentations and marketing materials for key accounts
  • Provide administrative support to the International Sales Team as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, marketing, or supply chain university program
  • Eligibility for a professional level or curricular internship 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM or similar tools
  • Interest in international sales and FMCG business
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
