Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Central Reporting (f/m/x)

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the VP of Financial BI, VP of FP&A, and C-Suite leadership to align business intelligence strategies with financial goals. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. 

Project Ownership: Manage the intake and prioritization of data projects, ensuring clear goals, scope, and expected impact. Work with stakeholders to refine requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in alignment with business objectives. 

End-to-End Data Solutions: Own the full lifecycle of data solutions, from scoping and MVP development to data modeling, implementation, and validation. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to ensure solutions are scalable and fit-for-purpose. 

Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Develop effective, actionable dashboards and data products that translate complex data into clear, intuitive insights. Apply best practices in data visualization to communicate key information effectively across all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership. 

Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and exploratory data work to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide proactive recommendations that drive business performance and ensure ongoing monitoring of key metrics. 

Enhancing Data Culture: Elevate analytical standards and best practices within the organization. Share knowledge, refine methodologies, and stay up to date with the latest BI, data visualization, and analytics trends.
