Responsibilities:

• Lead the Controlling processes in our Carmi plants to ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts.
• Collaborative partner for our Plant Managers and Leadership teams in financial and operational result analysis.
• Develop and implement operating metrics and actions to improve key performance indicators.
• Work closely with the plant leadership team as well as the regional Controlling team to create annual budgets and review monthly forecast
• Support with internal and external financial audits for your plants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance / controlling or a comparable education.
• 3+ years of experience in plant controlling
• Various controlling and accounting processes in production companies and have experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent English skills to collaborate with your international team colleagues complete your profile.
• Ability to work on-site in the Carmi, IL area.
