Your technical expertise will help scale our solutions within the EMEA reseller network, working closely with our reseller account executives to drive long-term business success.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;">This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills, shape customer success, and make a real impact!</span></p><h3> </h3><h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You will act as the main point of contact for 6-10 resellers, ensuring they are equipped to position and sell NavVis solutions successfully.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You will provide ongoing support through bi-weekly/weekly check-ins, discussing renewals, technical topics, and potential escalations.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You will enable resellers by owning the NavVis Reseller Certification Program in your region.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You will focus on quality management (QM)—diving deeper into customer needs and long-term success rather than just revenue generation.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You will analyse end-user performance and usage to generate valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our resellers, helping them optimise their sales approach, drive customer adoption, and ensure the long-term success of NavVis solutions in their markets.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You will ensure and sustain open channels of communication with our reseller customer and internal teams, servicing as the point of contact for escalating issues, driving collaboration and communication to resolve them.</span></li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:1.5;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You have a background in geoscience, geomatics, surveying, or a related geospatial field (GIS, BIM Modeler/Coordinator is a plus).</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:1.5;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You bring at least 3 years of experience in the Reality Capture (RC) or AEC industry or have worked in indirect partnership management.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:1.5;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You have strong problem-solving skills and can present complex technical topics effectively.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:1.5;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You thrive in a customer-facing role while maintaining deep technical expertise.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:1.5;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">You are a self-starter with strong ownership and a proactive mindset and have excellent presentation and communication skills.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;line-height:1.5;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">Bonus: You speak French or Arabic and have experience working with geospatial resellers.</span><br><br></li></ul><h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3><p><span style="font-size:12pt;">Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her).
