Responsibilities:

Mold making: You will learn how to make casting and injection molds or devices for industrial series production and mechanical engineering - all with high-tech CNC machine tools that you program yourself!
Materials science: You will discover the different materials, assess their properties and produce workpieces and components according to precise production documents.
Technology in detail: You will understand and work with assistance, simulation, diagnostic and visualization systems. You will also maintain and service the equipment that is essential for production.
Control and assembly: You will learn how to assemble components and modules according to assembly plans and work with state-of-the-art control technology.
Testing technology: You will check your work with optical and mechanical testing equipment and ensure that everything fits perfectly.

Qualifications:

Graduation: You have a good secondary school certificate or vocational school certificate - good grades in mathematics and physics are particularly helpful.
Language: Good written and spoken German is important to be able to communicate in a team and with colleagues.
IT skills: Basic IT skills in modern IT systems.
Manual skills: You enjoy working with your hands and have a good understanding of technical processes.
Personal strengths: You are proactive, responsible, enjoy working independently and are a reliable team player.
