Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering and maintenance teams.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets and control costs related to maintenance and manufacturing engineering activities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and manufacturing engineering services.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure effective documentation of maintenance and manufacturing engineering activities.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and / or maintenance
• Min. 5 years of experience in management & leadership
• Fluent English
• Strong demonstrated use of Microsoft Office, SAP is an advantage
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
