The Project Coordinator within the Powertrain Development & Engineering team will be responsible for supporting the coordination of cross functional activities that directly supports the planning & execution of projects that are being led by project managers. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, procurement, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience and background in coordinating & organizing technical equipment projects, especially in a fast paced / dynamic environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

 • Organize content and documentation in central repository that provide ease and accessibility for the larger team

 • Track status of equipment procurement and follow up on execution of purchases

 • Collect and follow up on RFQs from suppliers/vendors

 • Collaborate with team leaders on identifying/organizing trainings

 • Interface with cross functional teams (logistics, technical writing, accounting)

 • Support material allocation & tracking within PDE labs

• Provide backup and support to project management team

• Update standardized templates and tools according to updated strategies

• Maintain team dashboards and tracking tools

 • Support supplier/vendor onboarding process

 • Identify resource gaps and strategize on reallocation to support parallel projects

 

Qualifications:

 • 3+ years in a coordination and organization role

 • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business admin, project management, etc.)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and decision making abilities.

 

 Preferred:

• Confluence and Jira Experience

 • Awareness of project management tools (Gantt, Risk Analysis, Budget, Stakeholder Management, etc.)

• Working on prototype and test equipment projects

• Experience interfacing with facility development projects

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$71,800$98,780 USD
