As Instructor, your work will focus on these responsibilities:<ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px;"><li>To actively take part in the day-to-day training activities/delivery. </li><li>Deliver the training in a keen way and under consideration of total safety and environmental impact aspects</li><li>Develop/ evaluate/ improve training programs and materials as well as new concepts. </li><li>Continue to develop your personal competence and skills. </li><li>Support the sales, planning and execution of training activities for customers and own personnel according to budgeted targets. </li><li>Develop / Administer / Implement and maintain technical training area/equipment and assessments</li><li>Provide technical support for internal and external customers</li><li>Lead or participate in projects within or outside Wartsila Land and Sea Academy for which technical knowledge and experience is needed. </li><li>Perform tasks designated by superior</li></ul>  To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:<ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px;"><li>BSc or MSc in Engineering or Marine Engineering or in similar area </li><li>Good interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Quality, safety and environmental skills </li><li>Desire to work in multicultural environment </li><li>Good command of English, both spoken and written, other languages are a merit</li><li>Excellent command of Chinese, spoken and written</li><li>Advanced knowledge and operation experience of large medium speed (4-stroke) engines</li><li>More than 3 years experiences in Marine and/or power plant or similar industry  </li></ul>If you have the following experiences, it would be a plus.
