Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to lead and manage a dedicated team responsible for delivering electrical design solutions for large-scale industrial projects, such as wastewater treatment plants, energy facilities, and other critical infrastructure including dry utilities. This role requires a strong leader with excellent project management skills who can ensure the team's success by coordinating workflows, overseeing quality, and facilitating clear communication. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and oversee the daily activities of a single, dedicated design team, setting goals, managing workloads, and supporting team members to deliver high-quality electrical designs for industrial facilities.

·       Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, including clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication of team progress, project expectations, and milestones.

·       Develop and implement project timelines and budgets for the team, ensuring adherence to schedules and proactive management of any project challenges.

·       Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards by conducting regular design reviews, ensuring team output meets client requirements and regulatory codes.

·       Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and promoting a collaborative, positive team environment.

·       Work closely with other department leads (e.g., structural, architectural) to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient integration of electrical design with other project elements.

·       Facilitate the team’s effective use of design tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy in project documentation.

·       Identify and implement process improvements within the team to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation in design practices.

·       Provide regular project status updates and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, addressing potential issues promptly to keep the team on track.
