Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Support in tracking project progress and identifying potential risks or delays
- Assist in budget tracking and cost control activities to ensure projects stay within budget
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports
- Assist in the procurement and coordination of contractors and vendors
- Lead vendor coordination, ensuring equipment delivery within schedule and budget, tracking vendor progress and coordinating document review
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and action items
- Help prepare progress reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Provide general project support across multiple project phases, including design, construction, and commissioning
- Travel to site required and expected
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience or internships in project management or related areas (energy and infrastructure sectors are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive in identifying and mitigating project risks across all phases
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to address challenges as they arise
- An eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) is beneficial
- A passion for sustainability and climate-focused technologies

In partnership with leading carbon capture technology developers from around the world, Deep Sky will build infrastructure to capture and permanently sequester carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and the oceans, powered by only renewable energy. Deep Sky's goal is to remove decades and gigatonnes of CO₂ emissions and store them safely and securely underground for the long term. </span></p>
