The Operations Technician will assist with a variety of tasks, including site preparation, equipment handling, and general operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.</div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of work sites and equipment</li><li>Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials</li><li>Support the operations team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li><li>Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, following safety protocols</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule</li><li>Adapt to evolving project needs and assist with additional duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset</li><li>Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting  </li><li>Basic understanding of workplace safety practices; training will be provided as needed  </li><li>CDL is a plus but not required</li><li>Familiarity with CAD software is a plus but not required</li><li>Shop floor interface experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions  </li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li></ul><br>
