This role is crucial to the company’s ability to create a policy environment that enables rapid deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in dense urban areas. RequirementsCandidate Requirements <ul> <li>Demonstrated interest in the mission, vision, and values of it’s electric</li> <li>Experience in public policy or government affairs, particularly in the energy, transportation, or clean tech sectors</li> <li>Familiarity with electric vehicle technologies and infrastructure, as well as related legislation and funding mechanisms.</li> <li>Experience working with or in government at the federal, state, and/or local level.</li> <li>Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory process and the ability to navigate the complexity of multiple jurisdictions over varying timelines</li> <li>Excellent and persuasive writing skills, with attention to detail, ability to tailor materials to specific audiences, and limited need for editing and input</li> <li>Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to be technically precise while providing broader context and vision</li> <li>Ability to work with autonomy, clarity, and precision to respond to multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area, including but not limited to political science, policy analysis, public administration, economics, and environmental policy </li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
