Provide technical input for electrical concept design, basic design and detail design.

Knowledge of electrical technical procurement services, such as Technical inquiry for high voltage substation , main transformer, Motor control center, motors, lighting etc.
电气技术采购服务知识如：高压变电站，主变压器，电机控制中心,电机照明等的询价规范。
Undertake related technical service work, such as Customer technical communication negotiations, site supervisor etc.
承担相关的技术服务工作，如：客户技术交流谈判，现场安装指导等
Provide on-site support to construction for installation, commissioning and startup.
现场安装指导开机调试和启动。
