Responsibilities:

  • Global Ownership: Centralize and manage the launch and development of Customer Experience applications (e.g., CRM, E-Commerce, Website applications) globally by ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate business requirements into actionable activities and coordinate the implementation of new demands into the existing customer experience environment.

  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements and expectations in the area of Customer Experience.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the applications and user experience, driving global innovation and efficiency.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, stakeholders, and IT teams to enhance service performance in regards of planning, oversee projects, and drive the evolution of Customer Experience services globally.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or several years of experience leading Customer Experience initiatives.

  • Service Leadership: Proven expertise in service management, process optimization, and technical leadership is essential.

  • Technology & Methods: Solid knowledge of Customer Experience applications (CRM, E-Commerce, CMS systems) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2) is a must-have.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to drive innovation and service excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

  • Problem-Solving Competence: Analytical mindset with high problem-solving and decision-making competence.

  • Global Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (C1-level), with the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams.
