Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the design of the Execution Map as an annual project plan
• Project management and coaching of project managers
• Contributing to the definition of the project portfolio, project programs, and individual projects
• Independent management of projects in project management software and administration of the project management software
• Independent leadership of improvement and digitalization projects related to corporate culture, efficiency, and quality enhancement using Lean Sigma methods:
• Project planning and, if necessary, (partial) project management
• Team composition
• Interface management
• Preparation of project presentations, such as kick-off presentations
• Creation of the project charter and monitoring of goal achievement (milestones + project goal)
• Planning of personnel resources for project execution
• Compilation of the project budget and cost control
• Project reportingPoint of contact for regional OpEx and PMO representatives
• Global execution of maturity assessments (“GPA: Good Practice Assessment”) for the Operational Excellence program within the Klüber Group
• Support in defining the regional/local OpEx roadmap
• Guiding regional PMO colleagues in implementing globally defined PMO processes at a local level
• Supporting regional PMO colleagues in training activities
• Coaching of management and process participants in the implementation of the OpEx program
• Execution of training and communication activities within the OpEx program regarding improvement and project management methodologies
• Lateral leadership of the OpEx network across the global Klüber companies

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in a scientific, business, or technical field, or a comparable qualification

• Lean / Six Sigma training: at least Lean Expert or Green Belt, preferably certified Black Belt

• Additional training in other improvement methodologies is an advantage, e.g., Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), Kaizen, and Agile methodologies

• Several years of experience in strategy development, project management, and in the Lean and Operational Excellence (OpEx) environment

• Strong facilitation and communication skills, especially in conflict and change situations

• Empathy and intercultural competence

• Curiosity for new areas of work and willingness to change existing systems

• Business-fluent language skills in German and English

• Willingness to travel internationally
