Commissioning Manager - Airport Terminal

AECOM is seeking a Commissioning Manager - Airport Terminal to join our team.  This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. 

We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. 

• Partners with contractors to develop and implement the commissioning strategy and plan, ensuring successful commissioning of all assets delivered through the program.

• Supports the design process by participating in key design reviews and providing input to ensure alignment with commissioning objectives.

• Reviews and validates contractor testing and commissioning plans, and oversees the execution of commissioning activities across all program phases.

• Offers technical guidance and subject matter expertise to internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinates commissioning efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

• Performs site observations and prepares detailed field reports, assessing project progress and compliance with design plans and specifications.

• Continuously evaluates and improves workflows and processes to drive efficiency and enhance overall team performance.

• Prepares and delivers management and executive-level reports on commissioning performance, highlighting key risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
