Join our exceptional team today and help shape the future of energy! Position Specific Description<ul><li>Should have led EWM requirements gathering, preparation of functional specification document (FSD), Technical functional specification document (TSD). Should have supported Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executed data migration and user training in EWM </li><li>Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in architecting end-to-end warehouse solutions within the SAP S4 HANA framework that meets business objectives</li><li>Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM processes</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM processes and interfaces, ensuring smooth daily operations.</li><li>Resolve day-to-day production issues and queue monitoring </li><li>Implement custom SAP EWM solutions, including RF mobile transactions, warehouse processes, and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to optimize and streamline warehouse processes using automation technologies such as robotics and RFID.</li><li>Train and support end-users on SAP EWM processes and systems.</li><li>Design, configure and implement SAP EWM, PP, and QM solutions according to business requirements</li><li>Drive integration efforts between warehouse management and other key business functions, including Manufacturing, QM (Quality Management), IM (Inventory Management), Procure to Pay, and Finance, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment</li><li>Plan and manage assigned work activities, work through Jira project plans, complete projects on time and on budget. Participate in Daily Scrum meetings and provide updates on the assignments.</li><li>Conduct SAP functional training for the internal team members and Business users when needed.</li><li>Work on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other SAP solutions as well as third-party systems</li><li>Writing Specs and collaborating with technical team on RICEFW Development.</li><li>Monitor and optimize system performance and resolve any issues during the deployment process</li><li>Collaborate with Application Managed Services provider support team to quickly resolve critical operational issues that impact business functions</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM processes and interfaces, ensuring smooth daily operations.</li></ul> Preferred Skills and Experience:<ul><li>6+ years of experience in architecting SAP EWM and SCM solutions</li><li>Extensive experience designing and configuring SAP EWM in S4HANA and its integration with the other Modules such as SD, MM-IM, PP and 3PL</li><li>Solid knowledge of ABAP development for EWM enhancements and custom solutions.</li><li>Experience on EWM and in handling Unit Management, Storage Unit Management,</li><li>Experience setting up RF Framework / Bar Code Scanners, Labels, Printing</li><li>Experience with EDI/IDoc and interfaces for vendor and logistics communication.</li><li>Experience with MES systems</li><li>Experience in PPF and RF frameworks</li><li>Proficiency in debugging and resolving issues in SAP EWM, MM/IM, PP and SD.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and UI5 development for warehouse applications.</li><li>Experience in working with automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, robotics) within SAP EWM</li><li>Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of embedded EWM.</li><li>Proficient in developing custom ABAP reports, BADIs, BAPIs, user exits, and enhancements for EWM.</li><li>Customize and enhance SAP EWM functionality using ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, and related technologies.</li></ul>
