Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units

• Evaluates new applications and identifies system requirements

• Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades

• Creates procedures and protocols for software

• Execution of requirements and process analyses in close coordination with the process owners

• Implements adjustments and configurations in the system by means of customizing

• Participates in rollout projects (e.g. SAP/PLM projects)

Qualifications:

• Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
