We are constantly moving forward and looking out for several working students in the department of Distribution Services to support our growth in the solar industry. <ul><li>Supporting our colleagues in the technical hotline and ticketing system.</li><li>Providing answers to customers about our technical products (answering questions to our customers regarding our PV products and PV inverters etc.).</li><li>Supporting in creating FAQs, online courses, tutorials as well as recording and documenting for the related regions.</li><li>Provide technical support on remote basis.</li><li>Provide operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>You are a graduate at a university for one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics or a related field.</li><li>You are living in Athens or the Athens area.</li><li>You could work 40 hours/week as an intern.</li><li>Structured and autonomous way of working.</li><li>Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things.</li><li>Fluent Greek (C1) and English skills (min. B2) are a must have. Communication with our clients will be in Greek and English. Other language skills are an advantage.</li></ul> Why us?
