<p>We are seeking a BIM Manager specializing in Mechanical and Electrical (M&amp;E) systems to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead our BIM implementation efforts for M&amp;E projects, ensuring seamless integration of building systems and optimizing our design and construction processes.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement BIM strategies for M&amp;E projects, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices</li><li>Coordinate with various disciplines (architecture, structural, and M&amp;E) to ensure proper integration of building systems in BIM models</li><li>Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for M&amp;E projects</li><li>Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and clients to define BIM deliverables and ensure timely completion</li><li>Troubleshoot complex modeling issues and provide innovative solutions</li><li>Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and M&amp;E systems advancements, implementing improvements as necessary</li><li>Preparation of BEP</li><li>Liaise with external stakeholders, including consultants and contractors, to ensure smooth BIM execution throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul>
