AECOM is seeking a highly qualified Construction Manager for immediate placement in Orange, CA. This critical role demands a professional with extensive experience and a commitment to excellence in project management and oversight.
The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Execute work requiring advanced independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Serve as the primary project lead in the field, overseeing and directing the construction management staff with authority and precision.
- Assume full responsibility for the supervision of field staff while providing crucial support to office personnel.
- Demonstrate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project documentation standards and exhibit exceptional coordination skills to ensure seamless project execution.
