The Role:

For our manufacturing plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) with more than 800 employees, we are looking for a Technical Trainer who will act as the point of contact in Technical Training for the assigned region, ensuring employees and customers are supported in training and competency development needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a structured technical training program across the company

  • Provide industry-leading support and advice to product line management and sales departments across the company

  • Design and deliver consistent and fit-for-purpose tools, systems and processes to support the analysis, design, development and implementation of technical training and competency standards.

  • Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction through coaching, advising and supporting with technical solutions and compelling business cases.

  • Provides internal consulting services to company employees and management for the purpose of catching new business opportunities

  • Supports Product lines to map and develop appropriate learning plans and training objectives for creating the right value proposition to the audience

  • Creates and publishes processes and tools for the consistent development of competency standards, learning plans, learning strategies, training-communication plans, etc.

  • Develops and maintains effective tools such as quick reference guides, materials, workshops, training and presentation materials

  • Travels to and conducts training, briefings, management presentations as required, representing all aspects of technical training function at various locations around the region assigned

  • Conduct and manage factory tour for customers and training attendants and conduct “train the trainers” sessions to delegate locally this kind of activities

Qualifications/Technical Competences:

  • Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electric)

  • At least 3 years of experience in pump business and/or similar fields (HVAC preferred)

  • Fluency in English and written and spoken is required (knowledge of German or French will be a plus)

  • Fluency in Italian will be considered a plus

  • Experience in training, presentations, public speaking;

  • Background in pump theory, selection and applications;

  • Team player but able to work independently

  • Flexibility

Location: Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza) - it is required to be present in Montecchio site at least 3 days per week

Travel: 10/15% max

Contract: full-time, permanent

Benefit: company bonus, company canteen and smart working 2 days per week
