This role will focus on a range of operational tasks, including order management and fulfillment, shipping, liaison with the client experience team, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with B2C order handling and experience in the jewelry industry.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Client Experience &amp; Issue Resolution:</b> Act as a key liaison with the client experience team and vendors, prioritizing high-urgency issues and ensuring clear, timely communication and resolution.</li><li><b>Order &amp; Fulfillment Management:</b> Oversee order processing and fulfillment, including coordination with 3PL partners and internal transfer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.</li><li><b>Shipping &amp; Logistics:</b> Manage all domestic and international shipments, resolve delays directly with FedEx, and ensure customs compliance for seamless cross-border delivery.</li><li><b>Vendor Relations &amp; Returns:</b> Coordinate repair and return workflows with vendors, ensuring efficient handling, status tracking, and issue resolution.</li><li><b>Operational Support:</b> Support daily operations in a fast-paced, high-ticket-volume environment, multitasking across workflows with familiarity in systems such as NetSuite and Shopify to ensure accurate and on-time execution.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 3+ years is required. Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and proficiency in Shopify, FedEx, and Shipstation. </li><li><b>Skills: </b>Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
