Définition de la fonction

Réception :

Importation des commandes clients
Réception physique des containers de transport : mise au frais si nécessaire, vérification de la bonne réception de toutes les commandes,
Prise de température des échantillons,
Gestion des anomalies, réclamations ou non conformités (exemple : échantillon absent, cassé durant le transport, de température non-conforme),
Identification des échantillons (attribution du numéro sur l’échantillon par rapport au fichier importé du client),
Tri des échantillons par série,
Recherche et le rangement des échantillons dont les analyses sont à réaliser à DLC,

Communication :

Communication externe auprès des clients lorsque cela est nécessaire,
Communication interne afin de signaler aux services Logistique, Production et Client toutes les informations nécessaires à la bonne réalisation des prestations analytiques dans le respect des engagements Qualité-Coût-Délai.

Organisation :

Nettoyage et entretien du matériel, des plans de travail, des réfrigérateurs et chambres froides,
Nettoyage et retour des caissons aux clients.

Codage :Réception des bons de commande (fiches de prélèvement et bon de commandes électronique),
Codage des échantillons selon les demandes clients,
Classement des fiches de prélèvement et documents de traçabilité,
La vérification des saisies des parties hautes des rapports d’essai en rapprochement avec les fiches de prélèvement,
La prise en charge de dossiers spécifiques de saisie.
