Responsibilities:

• Knows all the products made and the critical issues through the conduct of appropriate laboratory tests

• Identifies, formalizes, and manages complaints

• Establishes corrective actions for non-conformance and ensures timely resolution

• Cooperates on external audits and covers the internal audit program

• Prepares quality control procedures and documents for internal and external production and proposes appropriate control parameters

• Works with quality issues and prepares reports

• Maintains and further develops the document management system

• Cooperates with our external companies to secure an adequate level of their quality system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality preferred, or another technical field

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Technician or a Quality Engineer

• Experience as an internal auditor preferred

• English required (written and spoken, level B2)

• Basic knowledge of injection molding is an advantage

• IT Knowledge (Microsoft Office)

• Goal-oriented team player with analytical approach
